| 摘 要： | 大学精神作为大学文化的深层结构．是大学发展中积淀的创造性的灵魂和精髓。对大学的发展具有导向、凝聚、规范、激励和塑造作用。而大学精神的失落已成为当前我国高等教育发展过程中最为突出的问题之一。重构大学精神，必须根据社会的需求，树立先进的教育理念，塑造良好的师生关系，营造宽松的文化氛围。

| Abstract: | As the deep layer in the culture structure of a university,university spirit constitutes the soul and marrow in terms of creativeness,which guide,accumulate,regulate,encourage and shape the development of a university.However,the lost of university spirit has become one of headache problems in the course of China higher institutions developing.To reconstruct university spirit,it is urgent to set up advanced education concept,mould positive teacher-student relationship,create relaxed cultural atmosphere. |
