| 摘 要： | 提升能力、激发潜能是增权的核心,也是残疾人教育的最高目标。增权理论与残疾人教育具有内在一致性,可作为残疾人教育又一新的指导性理论。要实现残疾人的教育增权,需建立能力本位的教育、重视教育的结果公平、突出残疾人的主体性,同时强化政府职责、加强学校建设、引导社会各方参与。另外,要完善相关法规,营造无障碍的社会环境与和谐的文化氛围。
