| 摘 要： | 欧盟从构建终身学习体系的大教育观出发,确定了教育质量全程监测的16个核心指标和5个基准,其目的是促进教育公平,提高教育效率,培养学生的关键能力、创造力和创新能力,提高学生的就业能力,实现教育现代化,使终身学习成为现实,进而使教育系统为实现提高欧盟竞争力、保持经济增长、实现充分就业和增进社会聚合等里斯本战略目标而做出贡献。

| Abstract: | EU has identified 16 core indicators and 5 benchmarks on monitoring the quality of education from lifelong learning perspective,aiming at promoting education equity,enhancing efficiency of education,cultivating students' key competences,including creativity,innovation and employability,realizing lifelong learning and modernizing education and training.So that it is possible to realize Lisbon strategic objectives in terms of competitiveness,growth,full employment and social cohesion. |
