高校师生相互期望与心理契约的演进与调控

摘    要:文章首先针对学界误把未明说的期望直接当作心理契约这一问题,对心理期望与心理契约两个概念的差异进行了界定.在此基础上,文章以高校师生从相互期望到心理契约的演进为线索,对师生心理契约的形成及其履行机制进行了深入探究.最后,文章基于"最近发展区"理论指出:高校管理者应对师生之间的相互期望进行引导调控,才能促进师生心理契约达成并发挥其既激励又约束的双重功能.

Abstract:Confronted with the mistake that considered implicit expectations as the psychological contract, the essential difference between the two concepts is defined. With taking the evolution as a basic thread, the formation and fulfillment of psychological contract is further explored. Finally, based on the theory of the zone of proximal development, managers have to regulate and manage mutual expectation, in order to exert stimulating and constraint functions.
