| 摘 要： | 为了补充学龄前儿童维生素C的需要,采用光谱法对几种水果中维生素C的含量进行分析.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了最佳条件.光谱法的标准曲线为Y=0.019 5X+0.076 8,相关系数r=0.999 5,变异系数为0.12,回收率为99.17%~100.3%.

| Abstract: | In order to supplement vitamin C in preschool children, the analysis uses spectrophotometry method for vitamin C content in several kinds of fruit. Experiment conditions by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the standard curve spectroscopy for Y = 0. 019 5X ＋ 0. 076 8, the correlation coefficient r =0. 999 5 ,the coefficient of variation is 0.14% ,and the recovery rate is 99.17% ～ 100.3%. |
