| 摘 要： | 在泛北部湾经济合作的背景下,广西北部湾经济区建设呈现出重化工业化、政府主导特征以及在临港经济、港口布局上与邻省趋同的特征。广西北部湾经济区与"增长三极"相比,在所处的经济环境、贸易对象国、出口企业所有制性质以及所处地理位置优势等方面存在显著差异。因此提出应充分考虑区域钢铁生产基地的市场风险、旅游业应成为重中之重、正确处理政府和市场的关系、广西港口能力的建设应以服务当地临港经济为主等建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone shows the characteristics of heavy-chemical industrialization and government-orientation, and converging port-vicinity economy and port layout with those of the neighboring provinces under the background of the Pan-Beibu Gulf economic cooperation. There is signifi- cant difference between the ＂Three Economic Growth Poles＂ and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in terms of economic environment, trade destination countries, corporate ownership of the export businesses and the geo- graphic advantages. Therefore, the article makes suggestions that full consideration should be taken into market risks of iron and steel production base; priority should be given to tourism; the relationship between government and market should be correctly handled and development of Guangxi port capacity should be oriented toward port-vicinity economy-based services. |
