摘    要:作为"厨师之乡"的河南长垣,烹饪文化源远流长。长垣烹饪文化旅游资源的利用现状主要体现在餐饮、烹饪人才和教学等几个方面。把烹饪文化与旅游活动相结合,深层次挖掘烹饪文化资源,开发多种特色饮食文化旅游项目,才能更好地弘扬长垣的烹饪文化,促进餐饮业和旅游业的协调发展。

Abstract:As the chef’s town of China,Changyuan county of Henan Province has a long history of cuisine culture.The current situation of the utilization of Changyuan cuisine culture tourism mainly embodies in catering,cuisine talents and cuisine teaching,and so on.In order to promote the Changyuan cuisine culture and furtherly develop catering industry and tourism,cuisine culture must combine with the tourism activities,cuisine cultural resources must be explored deeply,various special cuisine cultrue turisims must be developed.
