| Abstract: | In recent years China has implemented the reform of the centralized treasury payment system.This paper discusses the change in the college budget management and the achievements made under this system,analyzes the problems existing in the college budget management and puts forward the optimizational suggestions on how to elevate it under the national treasury concentrated payment system. |
