| 摘 要： | 以人为本是当前我国社会主义建设的价值取向。从以人为本的内涵、以人为本的主要内容、人的全面发展上,进一步探讨了以人为本价值取向在经济体制改革、政治体制改革、文化体制改革、生态保护领域、社会建设等方面的意义。
