| 摘 要： | 个案管理是社会工作的一种专业社会方法。它强调以团队的方式来共同协助案主解决问题、满足需求。四川5·12地震后，高校学生辅导不足、学生需求面广，个案管理尤显重要。提出了在震后高校运用专业社会工作手法挖掘并建立个案管理模式服务于高校学生服务工作。

| Abstract: | The individual management is a kind of professional social work method. It emphasizes that a working group assists the object person in resolving his problems and meeting his demands. After 5 . 12 Earthquake in Sichuan, the situation of colleges＇lacking tutor teachers becomes more urgent, thus makes individual management more important. The article put forwards that colleges, after the quake, should exert professional methods to find and set up a kind of individual management mode to serve college students. |
