摘    要:振动时效是继热时效后发展起来的一种新的时效方法,它是在周期性外力作用下促使工件振动,达到调整、均化残余应力,稳定构件加工尺寸和精度等目的的一种工艺.主要介绍了振动时效机理,通过试验说明振动时效在消除应力方面与传统热时效的显著区别.

Abstract:VSR is a new method after the development of heat aging. It is a technique working under periodic external forces to impel parts to vibrate, to adjust and homogenize residual stress, and to maintain part's mechanical size and accuracy, etc. VSR theory is introduced and experiments are carried out to indicate the significant distinguishes of residual stress eliminating between VCR and the traditional heat aging.
