| 摘 要： | 根据思想政治教育实践，结合大学生思想政治教育的现状，总结了做好体育院校大学生思想政治教育工作的对策：必须大力弘扬求真务实、真抓实干的作风；提高责任感、使命感与紧迫感；强化各门学科教师教书育人的功能；加强辅导员工作的管理与建设。
