| Abstract: | Scientific cultivation has been one of the three basic elements which restrict the improvement of the technical level of athletics.For these peculiarities,how to find excellent sports reserve resource in the period of the childhood,the primary period of swimming sports is a long-time procedure of cultivation from the low-level to high-level.When we choose children athletes,we should according to their own growth regular patterns,and grasp elementary factors closely about the combinations of personal sports ability.Through scientific training we can tap the latent power as possible. |
