| 摘 要： | 职业院校经过多年的探索实践,形成了一条具有自身特色的工学结合、校企合作办学之路。开展校企联姻,实现产教相融,多种途径开展校企合作,实现课堂与车间的无缝对接。实现学生向准员工的平稳过渡。深化一体化教学改革,实现理论知识与操作技能教学的有机衔接。做实顶岗实习管理,实现校企共管共育等不失为成功的经验总结。
