广东高职院校实施人文素质教育的对策探析

摘    要:当前,广东部分高职院校人文素质教育存在教育理念上的误区和认识上的偏差,致使在目标定位上注重职业技能教育而忽视人文素质教育,尤其缺乏适合高职特点的人文素质教育。部分教师缺乏人文素质教育能力,高职学生人文素质令人担忧。为此,应进一步加强对人文素质教育的认识和重视;转变教育观念,确立全面发展的教育理念;不断改革课程结构,增加人文教育课程;发挥第二课堂辅助作用,渗透人文素质教育;提高高职教师人文教育能力,重视辅导员队伍建设;建构体现职业人文特色的校园人文环境。

Abstract:Nowadays,there exists deviation in educational concepts of quality education in some Polytechnic colleges.Therefore,education of professional skills is set as more important than quality education,and quality education which is suitable for polytechnic colleges is in short.In the meantime,the teachers mostly lack the ability to carry on quality education.In the ligit of this,the importance of quality education should be realized and the educational concepts should be changecl to the all-round ones.Moveover,the curriculum structure should be reformed and teachers' ability should be improved.In this way,a campus enviroment with humamity characteristics can be built up.
