摘    要:高校传统的考试模式主要考核学生对所学理论知识的掌握,不利于学生全面素质的提高,更不利于创新人才的培养。师范院校在推进素质教育和创新教育的基础上,通过对考试内容、方式的改革,达到对学生知识、能力和素质的综合考察,形成对学生客观公正的评价,引导学生自主学习,帮助教师改进教学,提高教学质量和人才培养质量,建立起一套具有师范院校特色的考试新模式。

Abstract:Traditional test mode in college mainly examine how much students have mastered the theoretical knowledge,which hereby hinders overall quality development of students,let alone foster the innovation-oriented talents.On the basis of promoting quality-oriented education,teachers colleges,by reforming the test contents and patterns,can achieve the goals of testing comprehensively students' knowledge,ability and quality,forming the objective and just evaluation on students,leading students to learn initiatively,helping teachersimprove teaching and learning standards,upgrading quality of teaching and learning and quality of fostering talents,and finally constructing a new test mode with the features of teachers colleges.
