| Abstract: | First the article introduces and analyzes the infringement style of antitrust law. Secondlly the article introduces legislation spirit and origin of leniency for antitrust law. After that, the article introduces the practice of the United States of America and then makes a contrast study of that in China. Finally, the article offers suggestion of the leniency of antitrust law for China. |
