| 摘 要： | 教学团队作为学术共同体,能在在线开放课程改革方面发挥更多示范作用。本文以本校在线开放课程群建设和应用教学团队建设过程为例,阐述了团队的基层组织建设、教学研讨、优质教学资源辐射和传、帮、带等做法,凝练基于在线开放课程的优势互补、相互协作的发展策略。

| Abstract: | As an academic community,the teaching team can play a more exemplary role in the online open curriculum reform.Taking the construction of the online open course group and the construction of applied teaching team as an example,this paper expounds the basic organization construction,the teaching discussion,the radiation and transmission,the help and the band of the quality teaching resources,and the development strategy of complementary advantages and mutual cooperation based on the online open course. |
