| 摘 要： | 班级管理是学校教育中的一个重要部分,班级管理的成效与班主任是有紧密关系的。班主任在进行班级管理时,与学生的沟通方式主要为语言沟通,包括口头语言和书面语言。技校新生正经历人生中一个重要的转折,此时的他们心理往往比较敏感和脆弱。
