| 摘 要： | 高校退休党员是高校退休教工队伍中的先进群体,加强该群体思想政治建设对于全面加强党的建设、充分发挥退休党员政治优势、全面加强高校思想政治工作具有重要意义。新形势下必须着力建设高校退休党员思想政治工作的长效机制,加强阵地建设、丰富文化生活,增强退休党员思想政治工作的活力,帮助退休党员充分发挥政治余热,落实全员育人,与时俱进,开拓加强退休党员思政工作的新路径。

| Abstract: | University retired Party members are advanced groups in college retired teaching staff.Strengthening the ideological and political construction of this group is of great significance to comprehensively strengthening the Party's construction,giving full play to the political advantage of retired Party members,and comprehensively strengthening the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.Under the new situation,we must focus on building a long-term mechanism for the ideological and political work of retired Party members in colleges and universities,strengthen the position construction,enrich cultural life,enhance the dynamism of retired Party members in ideological and political work,help retired Party members give full play to political excesses,implement all-round education,and timely advance,develop new ways to strengthen the ideological work of retired Party members. |
