| 摘 要： | 什么是正义,这是自古希腊以来就始终受到关注而又众说纷纭的命题,体现了西方哲学从一开始就形成的对人及其存在意义在道德层面上的终极追问和价值诉求.柏拉图(Plato,公元前427年-347年)承前启后,在其著作<理想国>中对"什么是正义"的阐述表明,无论个人还是国家,只有实现了内在的和谐与秩序,才能实现真实的正义.

| Abstract: | What is justice? It is a widely divided topic that has been paid attention to through the west philosophy since ancient Greece, and has embodied that the eventual question and value pursuit of human and the meaning of his social being on the layer of morality since the beginning. Serving as a link between and past, Plato (427 BC - 347 BC ) had expounded what justice is in his " Republic" , that is, regardless of an individual or a nation , only did the internal harmony and cosmos achieved, the unfeigned justice be can achieved. |
