| 摘 要： | 内涵建设是高等职业教育改革与建设的重点，教学团队的内涵建设是其重要方面。精品课程、品牌特色专业、精品教材、工学结合人才培养方案、“双师”素质等都是高职院教学团队内涵建设的重要体现。本文从当前高职院教学团队内涵建设的现状、必要性及主要措施入手，提出几点看法。

| Abstract: | Meaning construction is the focus of reform and construction at higher vocational College, and the meaning construction of teaching group is an important aspect. The high-quality curriculum, the brand specialty, the high-quality teaching material,etc., are important manifestations of teaching group meaning construction at higher vocational college. Analyzing the significances, requirements and key measures of meaning construction of teaching team, some suggestions are put forward. |
