| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,企业间的竞争将变得日趋激烈,为了求得自身的生存和发展,企业选择对外投资是其增加收益的有效途径之一。企业在获取收益的同时风险必然存在,对企业如何规避对外投资风险和采取必要的风险控制提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy,competition among enterprises will become increasingly intense in order to seek their own survival and development.It＇s one of the effective ways for enterprises to choose their foreign investment to increase revenue.Of course,while enterprises gain profit,risks are sure to exist.This article gives some advice for enterprises how to avoid the risks of foreign investment and to take the necessary risk control. |
