| 摘 要： | 要实现体育的两个根本性转变，无论在宏观上还是微观上都得研究体育资本，尤其是要使体育企业实现由事业型向资本经营型转变的飞跃，在很大程度上就是要使体育工作的重点转移到体育资本的组织、管理、营运、周转和循环方面上来。体育资本经营是指以体育增值为目的的经济活动，其含义主要是指体育货币资本、体育人力资本的经营。体育资本经营有特定的对象、有其核心和目的。而体育资本经营内容是比较广泛的、多元的。体育资本经营对体育的发展有极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Sports capital management is a series of economic activities aimed at sports capital increment,including the management of sports currency capital and sports human resources.It is very Important to the development of sports.So the research on sports capital is key to the realization of the 2 fundamental changes in sports,especially the change of sports companies from enterprise type to capital_management type,which requires emphasis on the organization,management,turnover and circulation of sports capital. |
