| Abstract: | Vocational schools of higher learning must strengthen theory studies and give prominence to educational science. Through innovation in conception and mode of school running, the teaching and educational reform should be oriented by employment obtaining, market and social demands. The "order-style" cultivation and "double-certificate system" job obtaining should be advanced in full scale. |
