摘    要:多元文化一体教育是在马克思主义民族理论指导下,在中华民族多元一体格局历史与现实基础上提出来的,旨在国家认同前提下,保护和传承少数民族文化的一种教育理念。因此需要从西藏文化的概况出发,对多元文化一体教育概念的由来及界定;西藏地区开展多元文化一体教育的多重意义;西藏地区多元文化一体教育的实现及预期进行分析与探讨。

Abstract:The multicultural-integrative education was raised under the guidance of Marxist Ethnic Theory and based on the history and reality of China's variety of nationalities, which is an educational idea of protecting and transmitting ethnic minority culture with the national identity as its priority. This article is started from the overview of Tibetan culture, and expresses the author's understanding from three aspects: the first is the exploration of the origin and definition of multicultural-integrative education, the second is the various significance of promoting multicultural-integrative education in Tibet, and the third is the realization of multicultural-integrative education in Tibet.
