摘    要:从双曲线公式入手,介绍了双曲线的数控加工算法,研究非圆曲线双曲线的加工原理,提出了运用三点试圆算法进行双曲线插补加工,给出了双曲线的设计参数,完成了非圆双曲线精车参数宏程序的编写,缩短了加工时间,提高了编程效率。

Abstract:Starting at the hyperbolic formula, the NC machining algorithm hyperbolic was introduced, and the research on the pro-cessing principle of non - circular curve hyperbola was done, then the use of single arc hyperbolic interpolation algorithm was pro-posed fc, giving the design parameters of a hyperbola, and to complete the non - circular hyperbolic finishing parameters macro skills competition, to shorten the processing time, and to increase the efficiency of programming.
