教育公平视野下体育竞赛优胜者高考加分政策探析

摘    要:通过文献资料、调查研究、数理统计等研究方法,对我国体育竞赛优胜者高考加分政策的历史进行回顾,认为存在加分政策制定随意性大、加分范围界定模糊、加分幅度不一致以及造假现象愈演愈烈等问题。由于这些问题在实施过程中的频频出现,在一定程度上扰乱了教育公平的秩序,因而应对其进行改进。应采取以下措施:明确加分范围、规范加分程序、统一加分标准和强化监督审查,从而达到教育公平。

Abstract:By using the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics to study the history of the scoring policies of NMET for sports winners,the author found that there were many problems in scoring policies of NMET for sports winners,such as the casual conduction of the policies concerned,the vague bounding of scoring scopes,the inconsistency of scoring range and the serious dishonesty phenomenon.These problems are so frequently as to destroy the order of education equality that we must attach importance to solve them,and we can take some measures,for example specifying the scoring scopes,regularizing the scoring processes,unifying the scoring standards and strengthen monitoring inspection etc.
