| 摘 要： | 企业如何利用信息技术和信息系统去搜索和管理知识一直以来都是国内外学术界关注的焦点之一。引入社会网络理论来研究企业的知识管理系统,介绍SECI模型和超网络理论,并据此设计一个基于社会网络的企业知识管理系统框架,研究系统的工作原理、层次及工作过程,详细分析系统架构以及专家探测的算法,为企业知识管理系统的设计提供新的思路与方法。
