| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料发、数理统计发和专家访谈法从多方面研究了制约安徽省青少年速度发展的因素，探讨了克服解决速度障碍的训练方法，指出：选择有效的训练手段，科学合理地安排训练课，突出技术训练，才能尽快发展安徽省青少年运动员的速度水平，达到提高短跑运动成绩的目的。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of documents, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, this article anal- ysed the causes which restrict the speed of sprint for teen - agers and put forward some scientific： and effective training methods which will improve the speed of sprinter and finally achieve good performance. It points out that it＇s a good way to choose effective technique training and organize the reasonable practice scientifically. |
