| 摘 要： | 繁荣和发展首都哲学社会科学 ,是北京文化建设的系统工程之一。应突出重点 ,大力实施马克思主义理论研究和建设工程 ,为中国化马克思主义理论的新发展作出贡献 ;应围绕中心 ,大力实施“新北京、新奥运”战略研究和推进工程 ,为树立和落实科学发展观服务 ;应与时俱进 ,大力实施工作机制创新工程 ,充分发挥首都哲学社会科学工作者的积极性、创造性 ;应抓住关键 ,继续实施北京社科理论人才特别是中青年社科理论人才“百人工程” ,不断加强理论队伍建设

| Abstract: | It is a systematic project to flourish and develop the studies of philosophy and social sciences in the Capital, so is one of those of Beijing culture construction. First, focal points must be laid out and great effort must be devoted to implementing the theoretical and constructional project of Marxism, so as to make contributions to a new development of a Chinese theory of Marxism. Second, as the central issue, the strategic project of research and advancement - ”New Beijing for New Olympic” - must be fully carried out, so as to serve fostering the outlook of a scientific development. Third, to advance with time, that is, to bring forth the innovation project for the present working mechanism, and give full play to the initiative and creativity of the philosophy and social science workers in the Capital. Fourth, to hold the key, or to continuously enforce the ”Cultivation Project of 100 experts” among the theoretical talents of social sciences, particularly those of middle age or youth, for the construction of the theoretical force in Beijing. |
