| 摘 要： | 在《民办教育促进法》及其实施条例提供的基本法律框架下,切实落实民办教育与公办教育同等法律地位,保障民办学校及其相关利益群体与公办学校及其相关利益群体的平等权利,合理规范政府行为以充分发挥市场机制在民办教育发展中的积极作用,民办教育的健康发展才有基本保证。

| Abstract: | Private education contributes a lot to china education,but people are confused about the prospects of teacher's development,tax problem,property rights problem,repay,etc.The legal provision regulates private education and public education have the same legal status rights,but there is still a long way to be implemented.Therefore,we need governments at all levels implement Private Education Promoting Law to ensure a healthy development for private education. |
