| 摘 要： | 在高职院校内涵建设过程中，正确认识与处理思想政治工作与校园文化的辩证关系。既发挥思想政治工作优势，保证校园文化建设健康发展，又使校园文化建设成为思想政治工作的有效途径，可以不断提升高职院校的文化内涵，拓展思想政治工作的外延，把思想政治工作与校园文化融为一体，培育独具特色的高职校园精神，形成高职院校整体的价值观、道德观，从而加快推进高职示范性建设，构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | In the course of vocational institute＇s intension construction, we should correctly understand the dialectical relation between ideological and political work with the campus culture. It could give play to the ideological and political work advantage, guarantee the cultural construction of the campus is developed in a healthy way, make the cultural construction of the campus become the effective way of ideological and political work, promote the cultural intension of the professorship universities and colleges constantly, expand the ideological and political work, integrate the ideological and political work in culture of the campus, foster distinctive professorship campus spirit, form vocational institute＇s whole values and moral concept, accelerate the pace of demonstrative construction of the professorship, construct the harmonious campus. |
