| 摘 要： | 地方院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在地方院校中开展中外合作办学不仅可以开阔我国大学生的视野和眼界,促进大学生知识的增长和能力的提高。对于地方院校而言,中外合作办学还可以吸收国外先进的办学经验和教学成果,促进自身教学质量的提高和推进我国高等教育的发展。但是在我国中外合作办学的过程中,也不可避免的出现了诸多问题,需要地方院校及有关部门积极改进。首先,地方院校在中外合作办学的过程中需要及时明晰自身的定位和方向,确定自身的人才培养目标,同时在办学模式上要摒弃以往的单一办学模式,采取多种办学模式。在招生问题上,要提前拟好计划,加大宣传力度,改变宣传方式,进行宣传。此外,针对地方院校中外合作办学中的政策和监察问题,有关部门要及时关注合作办校现状、加强监督展。

| Abstract: | Local colleges and universities are an important part of China’s higher education.Developing Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools in local colleges can not only broaden the horizons and horizons of Chinese college students,but also promote the growth of college students’knowledge and ability.For local colleges and universities,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools can also absorb foreign advanced school-running experience and teaching achievements,promote the improvement of their own teaching quality,and promote the development of higher education in China.However,in the process of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,many problems inevitably arise,and local universities and relevant departments need to actively improve.First of all,in the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,local colleges and universities need to clarify their positioning and direction in a timely manner,determine their own talent training goals,and at the same time,they must abandon the previous single schooling model and adopt multiple schooling models.Regarding the enrollment issue,it is necessary to prepare a plan in advance,increase publicity,change the publicity method,and carry out publicity.In addition,with regard to the policy and supervision issues in Chinese-foreign cooperative education in local universities,relevant departments should pay close attention to the current status of cooperative education and strengthen supervision and exhibition. |
