| 摘 要： | 试验以１４年生的高橙砧玉环轴的试材料，采用酶联免疫吸附（ＥＬＩＳＡ）和气相色谱测定等方法，研究了玉环柚果实内源激素含量与裂果的关系，结果表明，各个时期果顶部果皮ＩＡＡ，ＧＡ，ＡＢＡ，及Ｃ２Ｈ４的含量，基本上都以容易裂果的扁圆形玉环柚为高；但６月底，７月底ＧＡ的测定值却以不裂果的梨形玉环柚为高，这可能与ＧＡ促进果皮发育有关，高含量的ＧＡ和ＩＡＡ可能刺激子心发育成果实，而高含量的Ｃ２Ｈ４和ＡＢＡ可能引 |

| Abstract: | The studies were conducted with 14 year old Yuhuan pomelo grafted on Gaocheng as material. The relationship between fruit endogenous hormone content and fruit cracking was discussed. It was indicated that the content of IAA, GA, ABA and ethylene in peel at the blossom end of oblate Yuhuan pomelo was basically higher than that of pyriform one during every period. High content of growth promoting substance such as IAA and GA, might stimulate ovary to develop into fruit, while high content of growth retarding substances, ethylene and ABA, might cause some disequilibrium of hormone in ovary and speed senescence of peel which led to fruit cracking. |
