| 摘 要： | 从讨论虚拟企业知识管理的特点与障碍入手,指出了虚拟企业隐性知识管理的必要性。通过分析Web2.0环境下隐性知识管理的新方式,探讨了Web2.0环境下虚拟企业的隐性知识管理策略建立Web2.0环境下新的隐性知识管理平台、制定激励隐性知识共享的方法、构建隐性知识库和提供个性化的隐性知识共享服务。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the characteristics and handicaps of knowledge management for virtual enterprises, this paper points out the necessity of virtual enterprises to exercise tacit knowledge management. Then, by analyzing the new modes of tacit knowledge management in the Web2.0 environment, this paper explores the strategies of tacit knowledge management for virtual enterprises in the Web2.0 environment: setting up a new platform for tacit knowledge management, devising methods to encourage employees to share tacit knowledge, constructing tacit knowledge databases, and providing individual tacit knowledge service. |
