| 摘 要： | 信息安全是全球化进程中一个富有前瞻性的现实命题。全球化浪潮在提高信息安全的"保险系数"的同时,也使国家信息安全面临严重威胁和挑战。在积极参与全球化进程时,如何利用全球化趋利避害,不断增强国家防范和化解全球化给国家信息安全带来的各种威胁的能力,这将是一项事关全局的时代性课题。

| Abstract: | Information safety is a forward-looking concern in the mocess of globalization. Globalization has positive as well as negative influence upon information safety. So the author holds that,in the process of globalization,it is a matter of epochal and overall importance to take advantage of globalization so as to unceasingly strengthen a country's capacity to prevent and resolve all sorts of threats to the information safety of caused by globalization. |
