| 摘 要： | 在母亲DNA信息缺失情况下 ,用外婆代替母亲在亲子鉴定中的地位 根据Essen -M ller计算理论 ,得到在假设父 -子 -外婆三联体的亲权指数的计算公式 随机模拟结果表明 ,比起父 -子单亲鉴定 ,外婆的DNA信息能有效增加亲子鉴定中作正确判断的把握 ,降低误判风险 适当增加检测位点数 ,外婆就可替代母亲在亲子鉴定中的作用 此外 ,在亲子鉴定中 ,外公、舅舅、姨妈等所起的作用与外婆相同 |

| Abstract: | When the mothers genotype is missing, we can use grandmothers information instead in paternity testing. Applying the calculation theory of Essen-Mller, the formula of paternity index for the alleged father-child-grandmother triplet were provided. The simulation study shows that, compared to alleged father-child paternity testing, the grandmothers DNA information can greatly increase the efficiency of parternity testing and decrease the risk of misjudgement. With more loci tested, the grandmother can be used as a appropriate subsititute for the mother. In addition,grandfather, aunt, and uncle play the same role on paternity testing as grandmother. |
