| 河南省中小学学生课业负担调查报告 |

| 摘 要： | 中小学学生课业负担过重,严重损害中小学学生身心健康,正在成为影响人民群众美好生活的重大问题。本调查在河南省各地市分城市、城镇、乡村3类地区,选取了28所小学,31所初中,25所高中,采用问卷调查、访谈、田野调查等方法,对河南省中小学学生课业负担现状进行了调查与统计分析。调查发现,我省小学生的课业负担过重问题基本得到遏制,但中学生课业负担过重问题比较突出;中小学学生校内课业负担得到有效控制,但校外课业负担大幅度增加,减负效果不能令人满意。

| Abstract: | The overburden of schoolwork on primary and secondary school students,which seriously damages the physical and mental health of teenagers and affecting the people's good life,is becoming a major problem.In this survey,28 primary schools,31 junior high schools and 25 senior high schools were selected from cities,towns and rural areas throughout Henan province.Questionnaire survey,interview,field survey and other methods were used to investigate and statistically analyze the status quo of the schoolwork burden of primary and secondary school students.The overburden of primary school students has been basically contained,but the overburden of middle school students is more prominent.The burden on campus has been effectively controlled,but the burden off campus has been greatly increased,and the burden reduction effect is not satisfactory. |
