| 摘 要： | 皖北拥有丰富的历史文化旅游资源,为更好地促进当地历史文化保护利用与传承发展,从战略的高度来统筹皖北历史文化资源开发的规划,本文在分析皖北历史文化资源概况及其特点的基础上,进一步对皖北历史文化资源开发的内外条件进行阐述,结合皖北历史文化资源开发的现状,尤其是在对未来历史文化资源开发的可行性进行分析时,提出本地域历史文化资源开发的对策措施。
