| 摘 要： | 近年来随着就业形势的严峻以及国家对新农村建设的关注,选取刚毕业的大学生到农村担任工作已经作为一种长效机制提了出来。"大学生村官"作为一个崭新的名词出现在国家的政策中,这项政策不但有助于缓解当前大学生的就业压力,更是对新农村建设、统筹城乡发展、建设社会主义和谐社会具有非凡的战略意义,但在具体实施过程中仍然面临一系列的问题。本文试从政策分析的角度对大学生村官政策的执行情况进行总结,并对实施中的问题进行分析从而为这项政策更好地落实提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the severe employment situation and the national attention on the construction of new countryside,choosing new graduates to serve in rural areas has been put forward as a long-term mechanism.＂ College-Graduate Village Official ＂ as a new term appears in the national policy,which will not only help ease the current employment pressure of university students,but also has an extraordinary strategic significance for the new rural construction,urban and rural development,and building a socialist harmonious society.But it still faces a series of problems in the specific implementation process.This paper summarizes the College-Graduate Village Official policies,and evaluates the problems in the implementation so as to put forward some related suggestion for a better practice of the policy. |
