| 摘 要： | 城市化的快速发展催生出被征地农民这一特殊群体,该群体的社会保障问题日益成为学界广泛关注的热点。当前学界的探讨主要集中于建立被征地农民养老保障制度的必要性、被征地农民养老保障现状及存在问题、被征地农民养老保障实践模式、建立和完善被征地农民养老保障制度的政策建议四大方面。但目前已有研究仍存在不足,这些不足正是构建适合我国国情的被征地农民养老保障体系需要重点考虑的问题。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of urbanization gradually has given rise to landless peasants group in this particular transitional period.Nowadays,issues on the construction of retirement guarantee system for landless peasants draw universal attention of researchers.This article gives a literature review from four aspects： the need for the retirement guarantee of the landless peasants,the status and the problems about the retirement guarantee of the landless peasants,the practice mode of the retirement guarantee of the landless peasants,the advice of the retirement guarantee of the landless peasants.Simultaneously there are some limits for current research.It goes without saying that we should pay more attention to such limits when we consider the construction of retirement guarantee system for landless peasants,and this system must be suitable for the china′s condition. |
