| 摘 要： | 制度环境为经济发展提供保障的同时，又影响着企业家建构的关系网络，进而影响企业社会资本的积聚。民营企业家社会资本对民营企业发展有重要作用。民营企业家的社会资本水平，既取决于民营企业家本身的建构水平，又和特定地域的制度环境密切相关。

| Abstract: | ahen institutional environment provides security for economic development, it also impacts the relationship network established by entrepreneurs, and further affects the accumulation of social capital of enterprises. Entrepreneurs social capital is important to the growth of enterprises, ahien is determined by the construction level of the entrepreneur, and at the same time is closely relevant to regional institutional environment. This article is to explore the impact of tne regional institutional environment, on the generation of entreoreneur social eaoital. |
