| 摘 要： | 论文以广州唯一的国家历史文化名村——大岭村为例,探讨工业化背景下的古村落的旅游开发问题。论文分析了大岭村的旅游开发条件,讨论了旅游开发原则,提出了大岭村在遗产保护、形象策划、空间布局、产品开发、市场营销与发展模式等方面的建议。论文认为,像大岭村这样受到工业化影响的古村落的旅游开发,不仅需要充分发挥市场优势、经济优势与资源优势,同时也要认识到古村落的产业结构、人口结构、土地结构等方面的特点,把古村落旅游发展与新农村建设结合起来。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the tourism development of national historic and cultural village in the context of industrialization by taking an example of national historic and cultural village,DaLing in Guangzhou.It analyses the tourism development conditions of DaLing,discusses the tourism development principles.And then it points out some tourism measures,such as heritage protection,tourism image,space planning,product exploitation,marketing and development pattern and so on.In order to promote the tourism development of ancient village influenced by industrialization like DaLing,not only do we need to take advantage of market,economy and resources,but also we should be aware of the characteristics of the industry structure,population structure,land structure of ancient village,combining tourism development of ancient villages with the construction of the new countryside. |
