| 摘 要： | 文章针对供应商选择过程的复杂性,信息不充分性,建立了一个简捷合理的评价指标体系,并提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和灰色关联分析(GRAP)相结合的决策模型,通过实例证明了该方法是可行,有效的。

| Abstract: | Considering the insufficiency of information in the process,this paper constructs a simple and reasonable index system,a decision model which combines analytic hierarchy process and grey relevance analysis is also presen- ted.Based on the complexity of supplier selection,Finally,example is included and proves the model is feasible and effective. |
