| Abstract: | Now the enterprise labor disputes happen frequently, and affect the harmony of labor contract and the stability of society seriously. Valid actions on the positive prevention and appropriate handle to labor disputes can relieve and dispel the conflict of both parties of labor contract and create harmonious and stable labor contract and also a good environment of reform and development for enterprise. |
