| 摘 要： | 山东省地方高校是山东省高等教育的重要组成部分．承担着为山东省输送人才、科研创新、促进区域经济和社会发展的职责。但山东省地方高校在区域服务方面还存在受地方政府制约过多、投入不足，与企业合作观念存在偏差以及社会服务观念有待加强等问题。山东省地方高校应树立“服务地方经济和社会发展”的办学理念，加强制度建设，建立健全服务地方工作组织机构，积极争取地方政府支持，从而更好地为区域经济和社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | As the important component of Shandong higher universities are charged with responsibility of personnel training,knowledge education, local innovation and promote social economy development. With the fast development of the social economy, social service function shows its importance gradually,however,it is a weak link between the local universities in Shandong province. To better serve the regional economy and social development,local universities of Shandong province should establish the educational philosophy of serving the local economic and social development,strengthen the system construction of local srevice and seek the support of the local government. |
