| 摘 要： | 改革开放的历史进程,就是不断重视民生、改善民生的过程.本文对改革开放以来不同时期的具体情况以及中国共产党依据具体要求而提出的改善民生的诸多思想观点与具体政策等问题做初步的探讨和分析,以求全面认识和正确评价中国共产党的民生思想,正确认识民生问题的解决对构建社会主义和谐社会的重要影响.
