| 摘 要： | 上海体操项目曾经培养出象李小平、吴佳妮、樊迪等一代名将.然而,近几年来上海体操项目在国内一直徘徊于中游水平,原因何在?本文对上海体操项目一、二、三线发展现状进行翔实调查,从上海体操项目布局、管理、衔接、训练、竞赛体制,激励机制及裁判员队伍建设等方面进行分析,为重振上海体操项目提出意见和建议.

| Abstract: | Shanghai gymnastics have ever cultivated many famous players such as Li Xiaoping, Wu Jiani and Fang Di, But the lever of Shanghai gymnastics in recent years have been pacing up and down to the middling state in China. What is the cause? This article investigate on the present development situation of Shanghai gymnastics including distribution, management, link-up , training and competition regulations , and the building of judge team etc. in order to restore the prestige of Shanghai gymnastics. |
