| 摘 要： | “重义轻利”是儒家义利观的核心理念，“义以为上”、“以义制利”是儒家义利观的基本立场和原则。儒家义利观就其内容而言，主要包括“重义轻利”的价值取向、“先公后私”的利益诉求、“以天下为己任”的责任与担当，对促进当代大学生全面发展，塑造理想人格具有借鉴意义。文章从树立德育新观念、探索德育新模式、创新德育新方法、勉励学生修身养性、营造良好社会环境等视角，提出大学生理想人格塑造的具体路径。
